Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery should you have a return ore exchange and have your item postmarked within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase (or contact us by email here).
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund upon inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of time until the credit is posted depends on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.

Sale items are currently not eligible for returns and they are considered FINAL SALE items. Sale items are considered those marked at a discount within our online store and are marked as **FINAL SALE** in the item description, not those purchased at a discount with a coupon or promotional code. Items purchased at a discount with a promo code are eligible for return or exchange.
